In time Mrs. Amin was able to hire Mr. Amin as a full time business administrator on the condition that he would not compromise on product quality while attempting to make the business run more efficiently. Her younger son, Deepak joined the company in 1988 after graduating with a degree in Food Science from Cornell University. His first project was creating a company that currently produces a line under the Tandoor Chef Brand (originally "Curry Classics"). Archit, her elder son joined the company in 1992, helping Deep Foods in areas of marketing and logistics. Mrs. Amin's Daughter-in-law, Dipali joined the company in 1996 after graduating highest honors from the NY restaurant school. This proved to be a powerful combination. With Dipali's passion for recipe development and Deepak's training in Food Science, no compromise of quality or authenticity could take place. It was at this time that the decision was reached to expand into the broader markets in the USA. All projects, from inception, are always under the guidance and constant supervision from veteran cook and founder, Mrs. Amin.
From the humble beginnings of a home kitchen, to the state-of-the-art production facilities, Mrs. Amin has adhered to the original principles of quality and authenticity following a traditional family code of ethics. The company follows her philosophy and believes that there can be no compromise between people, quality, and innovation. Staying within the roots of why Mrs. Amin formed the company, she and her husband Arvind have formed a Non Profit Foundation in India. Out of the success of Deep Foods has grown a foundation that helps the children of India to obtain an education where it would not be possible without their help. Deep Foods, Inc. produces the finest quality foods seeking to provide authentic taste experiences for customers while providing a sound environment and growth opportunities for its employees.
