Objects of the trust:

THE TRUST has been created for Public Charitable purpose and the object of the Trust shall be as follows:

The trustees shall apply or use the Income of the Trust as well as whole or any part or parts of the Corpus of the Trust Fund for all or any of the Public Charitable objects specified and listed hereunder without any distinction of caste, creed, religion and colour and in such manner as the TRUSTEES in their absolute discretion may think fit from time to time.

i) To give fees, books, apparatus, scholarship, fellowship prizes, loans and help or support of any kind whatsoever to needy, poor and deserving students upon such terms and for such periods in each case as the trustees may think.

ii) To promote, establish, run, maintain, support, assist and /or to grant aids, financial and / or otherwise to classes, schools, collages, boarding houses etc. involved in the importing education of any decipline.

iii) To provide boarding and lodging facility to poor, orphanage and deserving students upon such terms and periods in each case as the trustees may think fit or to give monetary help for boarding and lodging to such students.

iv) To run any educational activities.

v) To create a for interaction and exchange of ideas on the tasks of educational development.

vi) To provide aids, assistance, donation and help of any nature in cash or kind to poor, needy and deserving persons in providing clothes, food, goods, medicine and any necessary of life, etc. up on such terms as the trustees may think.

vii) To undertake relief of distress arising from famine, earthquakes, fires, floods, tempest, epidemic, war, riots or any other natural or man made calamities for the effected person by such calamities.

viii) To arrange programs of drama, music, dance, Ras Garaba, film shows, seminar, youth activities, yoga, games, debates etc. as the trustees may think proper.

ix) To run library, and / or to publish books pamphlets, magazines or furtherance of objects of the trust.

x) To associate with and support any organization with similar or complimentary objectives.

xi) To do all acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in furtherance of objects of the trust.
